We all know that a web search will help you find most astronomy organizations or lists of organizations and clubs you may use as a resource. Instead of re-inventing the web, we thought this page could be used for those of us in the field to share organizations that have helped us or assisted with our astronomy education goals or activities. Many planetariums team with local astronomy clubs or organizations that bring telescopes and stargazing materials to an evening sky-watch, or planetarium presentation. If you want a group listed that has helped you please contact us for inclusion on our listings below. We will group organizations into the states in which they provide service. (Please include physical location i.e. county, city or town and web address or contact information.) |
